By understanding your reactions and behaviours better you may discover new perceptions of yourself. You can have a more comfortable relationship with yourself and others, enhancing the quality of the choices you make and giving you more energy for living.
You may wish to explore a range of issues influencing you or focus on what is foreground in your life right now. We can work together flexibly either short or longer term depending on what is right for you. We will discuss this in the initial session and review it ongoingly.
