In our sessions
We will talk about what is working in your life and what is not. I will support you to notice and understand how you think, feel and behave. This process will give you the opportunity to deepen your connection to yourself and increase your self awareness.
Sessions will support you to access your inner resources and provide you with strategies that enable you to integrate and imbed ways of thinking and being that serve you well. As we talk through issues you may begin to feel lighter, more alive, grounded, resilient and in control. New ways of being, thinking and feeling will open up. Your understanding of yourself and others will grow.
You will have the opportunity to understand and influence your inner dialogues. When things feel hard to manage, your self esteem is low, you are feeling anxious, stressed or depressed it's often because your critical inner voice is persistently speaking to you. This may be a conscious or unconscious process. We will explore how you can have more influence over self-critical inner dialogues, limiting beliefs, negative thought patterns and life scripts. Learning to notice, understand and disentangle yourself from certain patterns of thought can transform how you experience life.
Our sessions will support you to reflect on past experiences and resolve present problems. You'll have time to explore experiences that could be effecting how you feel and behave now and be supported through feelings and memories that may come up.
Working together we will create a safe and trusting relationship. I am a warm, insightful, intuitive, experienced and friendly counsellor and psychotherapist who will give you support and encouragement to explore the issues you want to work on.
Counselling, psychotherapy and coaching
Life is a complex process it can be confusing, overwhelming and at times uncertain. Counselling, psychotherapy and coaching give you support to manage and adapt to its' demands. Sessions can be creative, illuminating, challenging and reassuring. I work holistically with an openness and understanding that we are all unique.

In our work together there maybe be times when it feels right to integrate aspects of counselling, psychotherapy and coaching supporting your well-being and personal growth to its' fullest. Sessions respond to your individual needs at any given time.

Feel free to call or email if you are interested in the possibility of an initial session or have any questions. I will get back to you within 48 hours. I offer a flexible approach and work short and long term depending on what you would like. Sessions are usually weekly but if you feel fortnightly would suit you better this is possible.
Sessions are currently via Skype, Zoom, FaceTime, Google hangouts on Mondays and Thursdays. Tuesdays and Wednesday I have in person sessions.
I am a MBACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy our work together is confidential. I am also registered with Welldoing.org and the Counselling Directory.
